Shipping Policy

At Tyre Exchange Ingleburn, we want to ensure that your experience is smooth from the moment you place your order to when it arrives at your door. We only ship via trusted
couriers, and shipping is done via Road Express. Please note that free freight applies only to metro areas, with exclusions. Please contact us at 02 8798 1909 to check if your area qualifies for free shipping.

Insurance: For peace of mind, we strongly recommend selecting insurance during checkout. This ensures that you’re covered in case your tyres or wheels are damaged or lost in transit. Without insurance, we cannot be directly responsible for lost or damaged goods during shipping. Remember to inspect the goods upon delivery and sign for them only if they’re in good condition. If there’s any visible damage, you must inform us within 24 hours to process an insurance claim. Please note, insurance claims can be voided if you fail to report any damages within this time frame.

Re-Delivery: If you’re unavailable for the first delivery attempt, we charge a re-delivery fee before we can attempt delivery again. Please get in touch to inquire about re-delivery rates.

Shipping Process:

  1. Select the tyres and/or wheels you need and proceed to checkout.
  2. Pay for your order and receive an order confirmation. We’ll begin processing your order and package your products carefully.
  3. Your wheels and/or tyres will be shrink-wrapped, and if it’s a wheel and tyre package, it will be bubble-wrapped and secured.
  4. Once your items are packed, tracking details will be sent to you, allowing you to track your order until it reaches your door.
