Lifetime Warranty
Tyre Exchange offers a Lifetime Structural Warranty for all Rugged 4×4 wheels, guaranteeing them against manufacturing defects in the wheel’s core structure for the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, such as exceeding load limits, improper tire pairing or inflation, unauthorized repairs, incorrect lug nut use, owner negligence, impact from road hazards, or use in motorsports. If a structural defect covered by the warranty occurs, a free replacement will be provided to the original buyer.
Finish Warranty
A One-Year Warranty on the product’s finish and accessories protects against defects or degradation of the surface. This warranty is valid only with proper care and regular maintenance by the original purchaser. It becomes void if abrasive or chemical cleaners are used, if cleaned with a commercial high-pressure washer, or if exposed to acidic road washes or saltwater. Repainting the wheels also nullifies the finish warranty. Covered finish issues will result in a free replacement for the original purchaser within 12 months of the purchase date.
Australian Consumer Law & Your Rights
Our products come with guarantees mandated by Australian Consumer Law. You are eligible for a replacement or refund for significant failures and compensation for other foreseeable losses. You also have the right to have products repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the issue is not a major failure. The benefits provided by these warranties are supplementary to any other rights and remedies you may have under the law regarding these goods or services.
Maintenance Recommendations
To help maintain your wheels’ finish, we advise applying a quality automotive wax when new, focusing on the inner rim where brake dust accumulates. Weekly cleaning with warm, soapy water and monthly re-waxing will help preserve the unique finish of your wheels and accessories.
